Role Overview

The family is seeking a professional, knowledgeable, and experienced personal trainer to work closely with them on a long-term basis. The role focuses on movement quality, rehabilitation, injury prevention, and long-term physical health, delivered through structured and individualised training programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured, personalised fitness programmes
• Strength and conditioning training
• Mobility and flexibility development
• Endurance training
• Rehabilitation-focused and injury-prevention sessions
• One-on-one personal training across varying fitness levels
• Pilates-based conditioning (Reformer Pilates experience is highly advantageous)

Requirements

• Formal degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field
• Strong background in rehabilitation and injury prevention
• Proven experience in strength & conditioning, mobility, and endurance training
• Reformer Pilates qualification or experience (strong advantage)
• Professional approach with preference for a long-term commitment
