First Reform Pilates is a new boutique reformer studio opening in Tottenham, built for a community that wants strong, considered Pilates without the high-intensity gym energy. Our classes are intimate, our equipment is brand new, and our intention is to grow slowly with the right team in place from day one.

We're hiring reformer Pilates instructors to join us as we open. You'll teach group reformer classes across the schedule, with the option to add private sessions for clients who want a more bespoke practice. We care about cueing, alignment, and the small details that make a class feel worth coming back to.

You're fully comprehensively trained in reformer Pilates, confident teaching mixed-level rooms, and excited to help shape a studio's culture from the start. Experience teaching mat or barre alongside reformer is a bonus, and we'd love to hear how you think about progression for regulars.

We offer fair rates, a supportive founding team, and the chance to grow with a studio rather than slot into someone else's machine.
