At Ikos Aria, we sit on the southwest coast of Kos, set across more than 47 acres of white sand and clear Aegean water, and we're looking for an experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our wellness team for the season. Our resort is known for Michelin-inspired dining, an award-winning spa, and a guest experience that quietly redefines all-inclusive luxury.

You'll lead up to five Reformer classes a day, six days a week, with the rest of your time spent supporting the wider gym and wellness offering. The role is full-board with shared accommodation on-site and flights covered up to 250€, so you can settle in and focus on the work.

We're looking for a confident, well-trained Reformer instructor who can hold a beautiful class for guests of mixed ability, communicate with warmth, and bring genuine care to every session. Greek language and a Greek AFM are preferred, but not essential for the right person. Start dates are immediate through to November.

The package: 1,250€ net per month, shared accommodation, full-board meals, flight tickets paid up to 250€.
