The Role

An opportunity is available for a Reformer Pilates Coach and Front of House & Sales Assistant to support daily studio operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to membership growth. Acting as the face of the studio, this role plays a key part in shaping each member’s experience—from first enquiry to class delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Reformer Pilates & Class Support

• Qualified Mat Pilates and Reformer instructor, or actively working towards certification
• Deliver Reformer Pilates classes and assist with class operations as required

Sales & Member Engagement

• Manage membership sales through in-person conversations and phone calls
• Confidently present membership options and convert enquiries into sign-ups

Email & CRM Management

• Monitor and manage the studio inbox
• Respond to enquiries promptly, follow up leads, and maintain accurate CRM records

Front of House & Customer Service

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to members and visitors
• Support members from check-in through post-class interactions

Studio Support

• Assist the Studio Manager with scheduling, inventory, and marketing initiatives
• Support smooth day-to-day studio operations

Candidate Profile

• Strong interest in Reformer Pilates with a desire to develop skills (in-house training provided)
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role, ideally within fitness or wellness
• Highly organised with confidence in inbox and CRM management
• Friendly, approachable, and able to build strong rapport with members
• Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about fostering a positive studio environment

Role Details

• Job Type: Full-time (Tuesday–Saturday)
• Salary: £28,000–£30,000 per year (excluding commission)
• Location: Finsbury Park (in person)

• Education: GCSE or equivalent
• Experience:
