About the role
You will deliver high-quality Reformer and Mat Pilates sessions within a boutique, community-driven studio environment. The space is calm, elevated, and standards-led. You’ll guide clients with technical precision while creating a supportive and professional atmosphere. Beyond teaching, you’ll contribute to building strong studio culture and maintaining exceptional client experience from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group and private Reformer and Mat sessions
• Assess clients and design safe, effective programs
• Provide clear cueing, alignment corrections, and modifications
• Maintain studio cleanliness and operational standards
• Collaborate with management on scheduling and studio growth

What we’re looking for

• BASI-certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates
• Minimum 1 year experience teaching group and private sessions
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, alignment, and injury prevention
• Fluent in English
• Calm, professional, and self-motivated presence
