Hi lovely instructors,
I'm looking for a specialist Pilates instructor to cover two matwork classes on Tuesday 15th July in Edgware (HA8):

🕡 6:30pm – Mixed Ability Matwork
🕢 7:30pm – Mixed Ability Matwork
💷 £40 per hour

These are slow, mindful Pilates sessions designed for a mixed-ability group, including rehab clients. I'm trained in APPI and also work as a physiotherapist, so ideal candidates will feel confident adapting exercises and offering modifications for a range of needs and levels.

This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in Clinical Pilates—I’m happy to offer a chance to observe or join a session in advance if you'd like to get a feel for the class.

📍 Location: Edgware (HA8)
💬 Further ad hoc cover will also be available from September, including Wednesday evening sessions in Borehamwood.
