About the Role
We are building a refined wellness environment where clients experience premium Pilates sessions, seamless service, and thoughtful guidance. Instructors, managers, and client experience professionals will play a pivotal role in delivering a boutique, high-touch experience that reflects the studio’s commitment to quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expertly guided Pilates sessions or manage studio operations with professionalism
• Ensure an elevated client experience at every touchpoint
• Maintain studio standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation
• Lead, mentor, or support team members to uphold the studio’s quality
• Assist in scheduling, client communication, and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Pilates instructors or professionals with relevant leadership/experience
• Polished, disciplined, and client-focused approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to consistency and attention to detail
