We are seeking a part-time Pilates Instructor to join the team starting January 2026. This on-site role involves leading both heated mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates classes while maintaining a high standard of teaching and client care. The instructor will design engaging, safe, and effective workouts, deliver excellent customer service, and contribute to the warm, community-focused atmosphere that defines us.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead group classes in heated mat and Reformer Pilates
• Create safe, motivating, and inclusive class experiences for clients of all levels
• Deliver outstanding client care and support
• Foster a community-driven, positive environment within the studio

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat and/or Reformer)
• Proven experience teaching Pilates or group exercise classes
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, posture, and body mechanics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both French and English (required)
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and support clients
• Flexible schedule to teach mornings, evenings, and weekends
