About the Role
As a Female Pilates Instructor, you will lead engaging Mat and Reformer classes, provide personal training sessions, and contribute to a studio culture that values safety, education, and connection. You’ll be part of a team committed to empowering women through movement while maintaining a welcoming, high-quality space.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic Mat and Reformer Pilates classes and personal training sessions
• Ensure client safety, alignment, and tailored progression for all fitness levels
• Assist with class scheduling, studio operations, and community initiatives
• Support events and foster meaningful relationships with members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment

What We’re Looking For

• Certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates from a recognized institution (STOTT, BASI, Balanced Body, PEAK, or equivalent; online-only certifications not accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience; prenatal/postnatal experience a plus
• Fluent English; professional, confident, and client-focused
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Commitment to long-term growth and contribution to the studio community

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 700 KWD/month plus 40% PT commission
• Revenue-based commission post-probation: 10–15%
• Employment visa, paid annual flights, and government medical insurance
• 30 days paid annual leave
