About the Role
As a Female Pilates Instructor, you will lead engaging Mat and Reformer sessions while contributing to a professional, supportive, and empowering studio culture. You’ll design tailored programs for individuals and groups, ensure client safety and alignment, and maintain the studio to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized Mat and Reformer Pilates sessions, with optional Barre and Lagree instruction
• Assess client progress and adapt programs to meet individual needs
• Maintain equipment and studio cleanliness to premium standards
• Foster meaningful client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
• Participate in studio events and ongoing professional development

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years professional Pilates teaching experience
• Internationally certified in Mat & Reformer Pilates (BASI, Balanced Body, STOTT, or equivalent)
• Experience in group classes, personal training, and optionally Barre/Lagree
• Fluent English, energetic, motivating, and adaptable
• Strong focus on client safety, technique, and results

Compensation & Benefits

• Tax-free monthly salary: 10,000–12,000 SAR
• 25% commission on personal training sessions
• 10% bonus on monthly sales exceeding $10,000
