We are expanding our team and looking for an exceptional Pilates, Reformer, and Yoga instructor to grow with us on a long-term basis. You will lead 2 to 3 classes per day during the week, with lighter weekends to allow for proper rest and exploration. Beyond teaching, you will help shape our client experience, contribute to our communication and content, and develop your own teaching identity in collaboration with the studio.

You are an experienced instructor across Pilates, Reformer, and Yoga, with the maturity to anchor a premium studio environment and the warmth to build relationships with our community. You bring precision, presence, and a genuine love for the practice. You speak French as a base, with working English. You are ready for a year-long commitment with the option to renew for up to two additional years.

We offer a $900 monthly fixed salary plus 35% commission on classes, a fully furnished apartment in Plateau (Dakar), full work visa support, and structured onboarding through a 3-month integration phase. Flights are initially covered by you and fully reimbursed by the studio after successful completion of the integration period. You will gain meaningful international teaching experience in one of West Africa's most vibrant cities, with ocean, beaches, and warm weather on your doorstep. 🌊
