Are you passionate about health, wellness, and longevity? We’re seeking a highly dedicated Health & Wellness Assistant to support the daily well-being of a high-performing entrepreneur — and occasionally his family — in one of the most beautiful corners of the Mediterranean.

Based on a stunning coastal estate near Deia, Mallorca, nestled among a working olive grove and organic gardens, this role offers the opportunity to live and work in a deeply wellness-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
🧘 Wellness Protocol Management

• Oversee daily wellness routines including fitness, nutrition, supplementation, stress reduction, and sleep optimization
• Continuously monitor and refine protocols in collaboration with the individual

🥗 Nutrition Support

• Prepare supplements and track inventory
• If needed, prepare nutrient-rich meals and log macronutrients
• Work alongside house staff to ensure meals align with health goals

💆 Physical Wellness & Recovery

• Provide massage therapy (relaxation & sports)
• Lead assisted stretching, yoga, and meditation sessions
• Track strength/endurance training, liaise with external trainers
• Manage daily movement breaks and relaxation routines
• Ensure use of holistic treatments (e.g. sauna, red light therapy)
• Oversee sleep routines for optimal recovery

📊 Health Data & Testing

• Coordinate testing and appointments
• Track and analyze health data from wearables and labs to guide routine adjustments

✈️ Additional Responsibilities

• Liaise with health professionals
• Travel as needed to support the individual’s wellness protocols across locations

Requirements:
✔ Certified in yoga instruction and massage therapy
✔ Background or strong interest in nutrition, exercise, or holistic health
✔ Highly organized, discreet, and personable
✔ Comfortable with flexible hours and global travel
✔ Mallorca-based preferred (accommodation may be provided for the right candidate)
✔ A true passion for health, wellness, and helping others thrive
