Part-Time Sales Manager (Retreats)

We’re a heart-led team creating yoga & healing retreats in Bali. For over 3 years, we’ve been hosting transformational retreats every month, guiding people back to themselves.

We’re looking for a Sales Manager with proven experience working with leads in sales — someone who can respond quickly, communicate warmly, and gently guide clients from interest to booking.

What you’ll do:

Reply to incoming leads (7–10 per day, provided by us)
Build trust through thoughtful, caring communication
Support and follow up until the client feels ready to join

Format: Part-time, remote

Compensation: Commission-based (% from sales)
