What You'll Do

• Be the on-site champion for retreat hosts from arrival through departure
• Own all retreat logistics: schedules, accommodations, meals, ceremonies, excursions, guest experience
• Coordinate seamlessly between teams (F&B, housekeeping, wellness, A/V) to keep everything running smoothly
• Manage every detail with empathy, clarity, and accountability
• Resolve challenges calmly and proactively
• Lead post-retreat debriefs to optimize and improve every experience

Who You Are

• Deeply passionate about retreats—wellness, transformational, leadership, or creative
• Experienced with 3+ years in hospitality, retreat/event coordination, or high-touch client services
• Rock-solid reliable, detail-focused, and accountable
• Emotionally intelligent, grounded, and calm under pressure
• Ready to live on-site full-time (housing included)
