FS8 Finsbury Park is growing and looking for a Membership Sales Advisor who knows how to build real connections and drive results. This is a front-facing role for someone who enjoys sales, thrives in a people-first environment, and wants to help shape a thriving boutique fitness community.

About the Role
As Membership Sales Advisor and Front of House team member, you will play a central role in growing the studio’s membership base while delivering an exceptional in-studio experience. You will manage enquiries, convert leads into long-term members, and ensure every guest who walks through the door feels welcomed and supported. Alongside sales, you will oversee daily front-of-house operations, helping maintain a professional and seamless studio environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new membership sales and achieve individual sales targets
• Convert enquiries, trial guests, and leads into long-term members
• Manage check-ins, bookings, and membership enquiries through Mindbody and CRM systems
• Support studio events, workshops, and community engagement initiatives
• Maintain a welcoming, organised, and professional studio environment

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience, ideally in fitness, hospitality, or retail
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with commission incentives
• Highly organised with strong time management skills
• Friendly, confident, and naturally personable

Compensation & Benefits

• £25,000 – £28,000 base salary per year (pro rata depending on hours and experience)
