About the Role
As a Mat Pilates Instructor, you will guide engaging, well-structured classes that support students at different levels of their movement journey. Cosmic Yoga & Pilates is known for its warm, inclusive environment and strong sense of community. Instructors are trusted to lead with professionalism, communicate clearly, and bring their own energy to the room while maintaining the studio’s high teaching standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and well-structured Mat Pilates classes
• Create a welcoming environment for members of all levels
• Communicate clearly and confidently during sessions
• Maintain a professional and self-directed teaching approach

What We’re Looking For

• Completed Pilates Reformer or Matwork Instructor Certification
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Strong communication skills and confident class presence
• Reliable, self-managed, and community-oriented instructors
