Massage Beach Ibiza brings beachside and villa-side bodywork to one of the Mediterranean's most loved islands. Our therapists travel between private villas, hotels and beaches across Ibiza, working with a clientele that prizes craft and discretion.

We're hiring qualified massage therapists for the Summer 2026 season (May to October). You'll deliver our signature treatments, deep tissue, Swedish, sports and lymphatic drainage, in beautiful settings across the island, with our team handling all bookings, transport logistics, and client coordination so you can focus on the work.

You're fully qualified (minimum 600 hours), have at least two years' professional experience, and speak conversational English. Spanish is a bonus, as is experience with prenatal or sports-specific bodywork. You're independent, reliable, and bring the kind of presence that puts a client at ease the moment you walk in.

We offer competitive per-treatment rates, all client acquisition handled, transport between bookings, and shared therapist accommodation on the island for the season.
