Work Trade Opportunity – Ayahuasca & Community Centre in the Peruvian Amazon
Live, Learn & Co-Create in the Rainforest

The Psychonauta Foundation has been operating in the heart of the Peruvian Amazon for nearly a decade. While we have a dedicated full-time staff, we regularly open space for people who feel called to co-create with us through work trade – with the potential to grow into a paid facilitator role or even co-host your own retreats.

Many of our current team members began as guests, stepped into a work trade role, and with time, commitment, and alignment, became integral parts of our community.

What We Offer:
🌿 Forest lodging (private or shared, depending on availability)

🌿 A genuine chance to grow with us in a conscious, heart-led community

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

• Are fluent in English and/or Spanish
• Have experience with plant medicine work
• Teach yoga, breathwork, or meditation
• Are a massage therapist (you’ll keep 100% of fees for guest treatments)
• Are grounded, emotionally mature, and comfortable in tropical forest living

What This Is Not:
This is not a role involving daily chores like cooking or cleaning — our full-time paid staff handles that. But we do value a humble, “chop wood, carry water” mindset when support is needed. This is a space where how you show up matters most.

Availability:
From August / September 2025
We are a small project and can only host one or two people at a time, so those with multiple skills are especially welcome.
