About Casa Calma Yoga Hostel

The Role
We are looking for a dedicated hospitality professional to join our team for a long-term role (minimum 6 months). This is a hands-on position where you’ll contribute to the smooth running of the hostel while supporting a welcoming, calm, and community-focused environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Spanish or foreign applicants with valid Spanish work permit (VISA/NIE/Green Card)
• Previous work experience in Spain (if not Spanish)
• Minimum commitment of 6 months
• Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory)
• Proven experience in hostel, hotel, or guesthouse reception, housekeeping, and cleaning
• Strong hospitality mindset with attention to detail and guest care
• Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented

Responsibilities

• Warm and professional guest reception, including check-in/check-out
• Basic reservation management
• Cleaning rooms and common areas
• Supporting the daily flow of a small, community-focused hostel
• All tasks carried out with presence, care, and attention to detail

Optional

• Yoga teachers are welcome to offer classes for extra income (not required)
