The Jenesis House is seeking experienced, intuitive practitioners to support immersive retreat programming in Sedona. This role is ideal for practitioners who feel called to guide guests through deeply restorative and transformative experiences within a luxury retreat environment.

Practitioners play a key role in cultivating the nurturing, elevated atmosphere The Jenesis House is known for—supporting grounding, emotional release, energetic balance, and embodied transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate holistic sessions, including but not limited to:
  • Sacred Sound Healing using instruments and sound bowls
  • Crystal Journeys & Energy Balancing for alignment and renewal
  • Reiki & Breathwork Release for relaxation and emotional clarity
  • Floating Meditation & Therapeutic Tea Rituals
  • Yoga & Conscious Movement, including prenatal, restorative, flow, deep release, Hatha, and yogic traditions
• Collaborate with retreat programming to ensure seamless session flow and scheduling
• Provide individualized guidance and support while maintaining a safe, nurturing environment
• Contribute to a refined, immersive retreat experience aligned with brand values

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading one or more of the following:
  • Yoga (various styles), meditation, breathwork
  • Energy healing, Reiki, sound healing
  • Ceremonial or ritual-based practices
• Intuitive, empathetic, and confident guiding guests through transformational work
• Comfortable leading both group sessions and one-on-one experiences
• Flexible and adaptable within a dynamic retreat schedule
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to inclusivity and presence
• Prior experience in luxury, destination, or retreat settings strongly preferred
