💼 Key Responsibilities

Signature Wellness Programming
Lead the rollout of our holistic offerings—including yoga, Tai Chi, biohacking, and CSR-aligned wellness journeys—across all properties.

Technology & Innovation
Oversee implementation and evolution of wellness tech platforms like Quest4, Ultrahuman, and DNA testing. Drive personalized, gamified engagement for our guests and teams.

Talent Development
Elevate the next generation of wellness leaders. Mentor regional Wellness Ambassadors and scale learning through ELE|NA Academy.

Strategic Partnerships & Nutrition
Build impactful collaborations with wellness experts. Curate plant-based menus, supplement strategies, and support internal corporate wellness across AWPL & ACPL.

✨ Who You Are

• 8+ years in luxury wellness or fitness hospitality
• Global experience (Asia/Middle East preferred)
• Background in integrative health, exercise science, or wellness technology
• People-centric, flexible, and deeply passionate about redefining wellness
• Strong leadership skills and a sharp eye for innovation
