Fitness Instructor (Mum & Baby Movement)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a qualified and compassionate Fitness Instructor to lead Mum & Baby Movement sessions, including yoga, Pilates, and gentle fitness.
You’ll be creating a warm, supportive environment where new mums can reconnect with their bodies, bond with their babies, and build community through mindful movement.
Type: Part-time (term-time) | Full-time during holidays
Contract: Freelance or employed
Pay: Competitive hourly rate
What We’re Looking For:
• Certified Fitness, Yoga, or Pilates Instructor
• Experience working with postpartum clients preferred
• Empathetic, encouraging, and trauma-informed approach
• Passion for supporting maternal wellbeing and early development
• Strong communication and community engagement skills
