A Day in the Life of Our New App & Web Platform Architect…

This role, reporting to the Managing Director, is pivotal in ensuring positive and timely interaction with our community members through all of our social platforms. As an experienced community manager, you will embody the brand’s voice while communicating with our audience.

At Boho Beautiful, we view our social media as a service to the student and our audience – a way to teach through a visual platform in an engaging and inspiring way that builds community. We’re searching for a skilled individual who can understand the brand’s intention and convey it through its interaction across an ever-growing collection of digital platforms and diverse audience groups.

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge and competency of all current social media platforms and be proficient at providing detailed performance reports to the leadership team. The community manager should be adept at converting written and verbal communication skills for diverse social platforms and unique audiences.

Key Objectives

• Increase engagement for existing audiences with high-quality social interaction
• Align our brand with new and emerging trends
• Improve ROI through more consistently on-target messaging
• Identify new channels to embed our brand that align with our marketing direction
• Glean insights from social data using monitoring tools and weekly reporting

Responsibilities

• Become an extension of the company’s brand to connect with existing customers and acquire new ones
• Analyze the company’s social strategy to make frequent improvement suggestions
• Oversee/manage direct communications with users and community
• Stay up to date with new and emerging trends to help keep Boho Beautiful’s social media presence consistently relevant
• Establish key performance indicators to understand the efficacy of existing social campaigns and adjust strategy for further optimizations

Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of all relevant and current social media platforms
• A passion for Yoga, Meditation, Fitness, and Plant-Based Wellness
• Creative and strategic copywriting and caption ability
• Excellent problem-solving techniques
• Strong community communication skills – the ability to listen and communicate the proper amount of energy in return
• Strong multitasking capabilities under pressure
• Clear, confident communication abilities
• Effective time-management skills
