Élan Wellbeing is the wellness consultancy behind classical Pilates programmes at some of London's most considered luxury venues. Founded by Ashlea McKee, classical instructor and former professional dancer with over 600 hours of training, our work centres on world-class movement experiences built around strength, mobility, posture, and longevity.

We're looking for experienced, classically trained Mat Pilates instructors for regular cover sessions at a luxury hotel in Central London. You'd be stepping in for our resident teaching team, holding the calibre of class our partners and members expect, with the warmth and presence that defines a five-star setting.

The right fit is a confident classical practitioner with strong cueing, polished group-class experience, and the professionalism to slot seamlessly into a luxury hospitality environment. Reliability and availability for short-notice cover are key.
