3Tribes is expanding its instructor team and is seeking talented Barre and Reformer Pilates teachers to join its dynamic studio community. This is an opportunity to teach in a boutique movement space known for its energy, strong class culture, and loyal client base.

About the Role
As a Barre or Reformer Pilates Instructor at 3Tribes, you will lead engaging, well-structured classes that challenge and support clients of varying levels. The studio environment is fast-paced, community-driven, and built around high-quality instruction. Instructors are encouraged to bring their personality and expertise into the room while maintaining the studio’s strong standards of professionalism and movement excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Barre and/or Reformer Pilates classes for a diverse client community
• Deliver clear, safe, and motivating instruction
• Maintain a positive and inclusive studio environment
• Support high standards of class delivery and client experience
• Collaborate with the team to strengthen the studio community

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Barre and/or Reformer Pilates instructor
• Confident class leadership and strong communication skills
• Professional presence suited to a boutique fitness environment
• Passion for movement, wellness, and community engagement
