Here’s your chance to assist at a weekly Wednesday evening class (7pm) at The Sanctuary, Shoreditch.

This hands-on learning opportunity will allow you to:

• Observe and support in a live class environment
• Practise safe and effective adjustments under guidance
• Build confidence in holding space and supporting students

✨ Ideal for those currently training or recently qualified who want to deepen their teaching skills.
