Who We’re Manifesting:

• Early mornings are non-negotiable, our 6 AM crew is serious
• Certified Pilates instructor (1+ year preferred, but talent > timeline (still reach out!)
• Knows how to correct with confidence, motivate with intention, and educate clearly 
• Brings good vibes, strong playlists, and undeniable main-character energy.
• Actually plans their classes, thoughtful programming, intentional sequencing, no rinse-and-repeat energy
• Handles mixed levels without breaking a sweat
