Yoga & Climbing Instructor for an Island Working Holiday

We're Rock Iguana and Yogi Wall, a small wellness and adventure project on Cayman Brac, a tiny limestone island in the Caribbean known for world-class rock climbing, exceptional scuba diving and a quiet, real community of humans who love living close to the wild 🌊

We've spent years hand-building this little paradise from the ground up. The climbing routes were bolted by hand, the outdoor yoga studio was built piece by piece, the yogi sanctuary (our house) is a labour of love, and a woodworking and art workshop is currently in progress. We're now looking for a certified yogi and rock climber to join the project for a working holiday from August to October 2026, two to three months in total.

The role is for someone who can guide climbing and lead yoga during the season, while also relaxing, diving, reading, creating and being part of the community. The ideal candidate shares our love for these practices, is comfortable living simply in a remote setting, and is excited to contribute to a growing project rather than just visit somewhere new.

In return, you'll have the space to teach, climb, dive, create and live on one of the Caribbean's most striking small islands.
