Spa and Wellness Manager

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Spa and Wellness Manager to lead our world-class spa and wellness facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest experiences through innovative spa treatments, holistic wellness programs, and health-focused activities, while upholding the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable service delivery.
• Lead, train, and motivate a multicultural team of therapists, wellness instructors, and attendants.
• Develop and implement innovative spa treatments, wellness programs, and promotional activities.
• Manage budgets, monitor sales performance, and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Ensure a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to promote spa services and create engaging campaigns.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Spa & Wellness Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of spa/wellness management experience in a 5-star luxury resort or hotel.
• Proven ability to manage multicultural teams in a remote island environment.
• Recognized international certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or holistic wellness practices.

Personal Qualities

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a positive and flexible attitude.
• In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, luxury wellness trends, and holistic health practices.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to drive sales and manage costs effectively.
