Reformer Pilates Instructors (Multiple Roles)

About the role
Rise & Reform is growing and we’re looking for passionate, knowledgeable instructors to lead uplifting, technique-focused Reformer classes. If you love helping people feel stronger, move better, and build confidence on the Reformer, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

• Teach safe, effective, and motivating Reformer classes for mixed abilities
• Offer clear cueing, intelligent progressions, and hands-on adjustments (as appropriate)
• Deliver exceptional client care before and after class; track progress and celebrate wins
• Collaborate with our team on programming and studio standards
• Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment

What you bring

• Certified Pilates Instructor with Reformer qualification (or in final stages)
• Strong anatomy and alignment knowledge; confident with regressions/progressions
• Warm, professional communication and a client-first mindset
• Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to continuous learning

Nice to have

• Additional certifications (Mat, Pre/Postnatal, Rehab)
• Experience with small-group and 1:1 sessions
• Weekend or early/late availability
