Pilates Instructor

We are looking for a passionate and certified Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of teaching experience, strong communication skills in English, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment.

You’ll be responsible for teaching up to 5 group classes per day (50 minutes each) — including reformer, and hot mat Pilates classes (in a room heated to 38–40°C).

Schedule: Full-time (6 days/week, 1 day off)

Compensation: Competitive base salary, housing and transportation and healthcare included + 30% commission on personal training sessions

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality mat and reformer Pilates classes for clients of all levels.
• Conduct hot mat Pilates sessions confidently and safely in a heated environment.
• Deliver personalized instruction to ensure proper form, alignment, and injury prevention.
• Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage retention and growth.
• Optionally offer personal training (PT) sessions, earning a 30% commission on each.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming studio atmosphere.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold studio standards and client satisfaction.‍

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience teaching Pilates.
• Certified in both Mat and Reformer Pilates (recognized certification required).
• Comfortable teaching Hot Mat Pilates in a 38–40°C environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to teach confidently in English.
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
• Commitment to continuous learning and growth as an instructor.‍
