Your Role

As our Wellness Boutique & Spa Front Office Manager, you are the warm, sophisticated face of the spa - setting the tone for every guest journey from arrival to farewell.

You’ll oversee daily spa operations, manage the reception and retail boutique, coordinate guest bookings, and ensure that every interaction reflects grace, professionalism, and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide guests through their wellness journey with warmth and precision.
• Manage spa reservations, therapist schedules, and treatment coordination.
• Supervise the front-office and boutique team with a focus on service excellence.
• Support Sales for Spa Treatments & Products in the Boutique.
• Oversee daily cash handling, retail sales, and inventory for the Wellness Boutique.
• Collaborate closely with the Spa Director, Ayurvedic Doctors, and Wellness Practitioners to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Ensure the spa environment reflects Radisson Collection standards of luxury, cleanliness, and serenity.‍

Skills & Qualities We Value

• Experience in Luxury Spa or 5-Star Resort Front Office
• Knowledge of Wellness, Spa & Ayurveda Concept
• Fluent in English; other languages (German, Russian, French) a plus
• Excellent Communication, Organization & Leadership
• Warm, Professional & Detail-Oriented Presentation
• Collaborative, Discreet & Guest-Centric Mindset
