What You’ll Do
CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Build and manage sales-focused email funnels that nurture leads and drive conversions
- Design and write engaging, on-brand emails aligned with best practices
- Craft compelling copy across newsletters, campaigns, and automated flows
- Analyze and optimize email performance using data-driven insights
- Stay up to date with wellness and marketing trends, benchmarking against top-performing brands
CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Lead the daily CRO strategy across all digital channels
- Build, test, and optimize high-converting landing pages
- Implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and heatmap tools (e.g., Hotjar, Crazy Egg)
- Translate analytics into actionable strategies and conduct A/B testing
- Write persuasive, user-focused copy that enhances engagement and conversion
- Collaborate to ensure every page reflects a customer-centric design approach
Who You Are
- Experienced in CRM and/or CRO — ideally within wellness or e-commerce brands
- A strong English copywriter with a conversion-focused mindset
- Proficient with email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and A/B testing
- Analytical, creative, and driven by both storytelling and performance
- Knowledgeable in UX/UI principles and user experience research
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment
