We are seeking an experienced, polished, and people-focused Assistant Studio Manager / Front of House Receptionist to join our growing team.
This is the perfect role for someone who loves creating exceptional client experiences, has a passion for wellness, and thrives in a dynamic, boutique environment. (No need to be a Pilates expert – but an interest in fitness and wellness is a plus!)
What you’ll do
- Be the welcoming face of our studio – greeting and supporting clients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage day-to-day operations including reception, scheduling, and light admin
- Support the Studio Manager with client follow-ups, merchandise sales, and events
- Lend a hand in our café area and keep the studio looking and feeling beautiful
- Assist with social media content and newsletters
- Prepare pre-/post-session notes and ensure smooth studio flow
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in luxury front-of-house, hospitality, or client-facing roles
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented team player
- Knowledge of Pilates is a plus (not essential)
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
