About the Role
Join a friendly, fast-moving team at a Surf & Yoga Retreat overlooking Nyang Nyang. You’ll be the front-of-house heartbeat—owning guest experience end-to-end while keeping daily operations smooth and on-brand.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Relations
- Welcome guests, manage check-in/out, and deliver consistent, high-touch service.
- Handle inquiries, feedback, and on-site support.
Admin & Bookings
- Manage reservations (online/phone), guest records, and daily reports.
- Support basic financial transactions as needed.
Operations
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen readiness.
- Ensure rooms and common areas meet standards; help refine SOPs.
Communication
- Liaise between guests and management.
- Manage phone, email, and social media queries.
Team Collaboration
- Support events, workshops, and retreats.
- Help train new team members on service and SOPs.
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or operations preferred.
- Excellent communication and people skills; calm under pressure.
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable with reservation/management software (hotel PMS a plus).
- Bonus: a genuine interest in surfing, yoga, and outdoor living.
