Studio Manager & Reformer Pilates Instructor

Absolute Studios is an ambitious London wellness brand built on the belief that great coaching changes lives. We are opening a brand-new studio in Kensington and looking for someone exceptional to help lead it, in a dual role for an experienced Reformer Pilates instructor ready to step into studio leadership.

You would teach world-class Reformer classes while leading the client experience, supporting the team, and helping shape the culture of the studio from day one. We keep our classes small, focus heavily on coaching quality, and genuinely care about every person who walks through the door.

This role suits someone who loves coaching people, thrives on responsibility, has strong leadership energy, and believes detail and client experience matter. You want to grow with a brand that is going places.

In return we offer an OTE of £40k or more per year (the figure shown here is a rough USD equivalent), six or more weeks of paid annual leave including your birthday, free chiropractic and discounted massage, free mindfulness coaching, and perks on shift.
