Head of Brand, Marketing & Communications

The Yoga Barn is one of the world's best-loved yoga and holistic healing centres, a sprawling, earthy campus in the heart of Ubud that has welcomed practitioners since 2007. We are looking for a Head of Brand, Marketing and Communications to lead how we show up to the world.

In this senior role you would shape and protect our brand, lead marketing and communications across channels, and improve the systems and processes behind how we tell our story. You would bring strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, alongside the creativity to keep The Yoga Barn feeling authentic and inspiring.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in a similar role, ideally at least five years, and knowledge of yoga, wellness, retreat, and hospitality is a real plus. You are customer-service oriented, with good integrity, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and natural leadership. Please note this role is open to Indonesian nationals.
