We believe great coaching changes lives, so we keep our classes small, focus heavily on coaching quality, and genuinely care about every person who walks through the door.This is a dual role for an experienced Reformer Pilates instructor who is ready to step into studio leadership. You will be teaching classes, leading the client experience, supporting the team, and helping shape the culture of the studio from day one.We would love to hear from someone who loves coaching people, thrives on responsibility, has strong leadership energy, and believes detail and client experience truly matter.
