The Yoga Barn is Southeast Asia's full-service yoga studio and holistic healing centre, set in the heart of Ubud with an earthy, rustic, Balinese feel. Since 2007 we have welcomed practitioners from around the world into a space that is relaxed, friendly, and quietly spiritual.We are looking for a Guest Service Manager to lead the front-of-house experience and keep our centre running smoothly. You will oversee guest service systems and procedures, improve the way we work, and make sure every visitor feels genuinely looked after from the moment they arrive.We would love to hear from someone with at least five years in a similar role, ideally with a background in yoga, wellness, retreat, or hospitality. You are confident with MBOL, Momence, Microsoft Office, and other guest service systems, naturally organised, and strong on the technical, analytical, and problem-solving side. Good integrity, warm communication, and steady leadership matter to us.
