Membership Sales Executive for a Reformer Studio

At Runway Pilates, we have grown into the North West's most loved reformer studio, with welcoming spaces across Manchester and Cheshire and a community that keeps coming back. We are looking for a driven Membership Sales Executive to help turn enquiries into loyal members across our studios and teacher training programmes. This is a hands on, hybrid role spanning our Manchester and Cheshire studios. You will manage your own pipeline, follow up leads, handle objections with warmth and convert genuine interest into memberships. It is not a passive sales role, you will enjoy picking up the phone, building real connections and driving measurable growth. We are looking for someone confident and personable, whether your background is membership sales, telesales, fitness, hospitality or another customer focused commercial setting. You will be organised, resilient and motivated by targets, with the people skills to make every enquiry feel looked after. This is a full time role (40 hours) paying £28,000 to £32,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped commission.
