Chef for a Boutique Surf Camp

We are Salt Lips, a boutique surf camp on the south shore of São Miguel in the Azores, where surf, food and nature experiences come together in the middle of the Atlantic. Our guests spend their days in the waves and gather each evening around the table, and that table is where you come in.We are looking for a chef to join us from June on a paid contract. You will craft a daily three course menu for up to 16 guests, working five days a week, around five to six hours a day. The kitchen is yours to run, with the freedom to shape menus around fresh, local island produce.You are a confident cook who can deliver consistently beautiful plates for a small, appreciative crowd, and you enjoy being part of a relaxed, international camp atmosphere.
