Resident Wellness Host & Partnerships Lead

Hilltop Wellness Resort is a boutique wellness destination in Phuket, dedicated to helping guests reconnect with themselves through movement, mindfulness, nature and meaningful human connection. We are looking for someone to become the heart of our wellness community. This is not a traditional hotel role. As our Resident Wellness Host and Partnerships Lead, you will be the face of the Hilltop experience. You will welcome guests on arrival, host weekly welcome circles and community gatherings, and create an atmosphere where solo travellers and long-stay guests feel genuinely cared for. You will also guide wellness enquiries toward the right programmes and retreats, develop partnerships with yoga teachers, retreat leaders and conscious travel communities, support visiting facilitators, and capture authentic content that tells our story. We are looking for a fluent English speaker with a real passion for wellness, yoga and personal growth, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and comfort speaking in front of groups. Experience in hospitality, wellness, retreats or community management is ideal, alongside strong organisation and a self-starting, proactive nature.
