Guest Relations for a Women's Wellness Retreat

Goddess Retreats has been creating life-changing wellness experiences for women since 2003, and we're one of Bali's most awarded retreats. We're growing our Guest Relations team and looking for a warm, capable hospitality professional to help craft exceptional stays for guests arriving from all over the world.In this role you'll be the heart of the guest experience across our Ubud retreat, looking after international guests from first enquiry to farewell, anticipating needs and making every detail feel considered. It sits within a supportive, women-centred environment where the work is meaningful and the impact is felt every day.We're looking for someone with at least three years in Guest Relations within hospitality, ideally based in Bali with the right to work in Indonesia. Experience as an event or wedding organiser is a lovely bonus.
