Lunar & Sol is a boutique movement house opening in Melbourne, bringing Reformer Pilates, Hot Mat, Yoga, Yin, and Breathwork together in one elevated, design-led wellness space. We are built on a simple idea: movement should feel as good as it is effective. This is not a high-volume fitness studio, it is a space built on connection, community, quality teaching, and movement that genuinely changes lives.We are seeking exceptional Reformer Pilates instructors to join our founding team ahead of opening. You love teaching, not just fitness or choreography, but the craft of holding a room. You know how to build a class that feels intelligent, challenging, safe, and deeply connected all at once. You are warm and emotionally intelligent, confident leading mixed-level reformer classes, skilled in intelligent cueing and alignment, and grounded, reliable, and community-minded.You will need a minimum of two years teaching experience, a Pilates or Reformer qualification, current CPR and first aid, and public and professional indemnity insurance.
