Wellness & Community Director for a Luxury Retreat

Gandum Villa Complex is a luxury boutique wellness destination in Bali, built around conscious living, creativity, and unforgettable experiences. This is not a typical hotel, and this is not a typical hotel job. We are creating a living wellness destination, and we want someone to help shape its culture from the ground up.As our Wellness and Community Director, you will create and manage the experiences that bring our space to life: yoga events, breathwork sessions, ecstatic dance, sound healing nights, cacao ceremonies, ice baths, sunset gatherings, retreats, and conscious lifestyle events. You will build the event calendar, curate the vibe, and turn our guests into a loyal, connected community.We are looking for someone deeply rooted in the Bali wellness scene, with the network to match: yoga teachers, DJs, facilitators, healers, creators, and wellness brands. You are social, creative, and people-oriented, with a strong aesthetic sense and real experience organising events or retreats. Excellent English is essential, and knowledge of the Uluwatu, Canggu, and Ubud wellness communities will set you apart.
