Part-Time Social Media & Marketing Manager

We're Breathe Studio, a boutique mat Pilates studio tucked into Islington. Small classes, serious results, a community that turns up for itself. We're growing intentionally, and we're looking for the right person to grow the brand with us.We're hiring a part-time Social Media and Marketing Manager to take ownership of how Breathe shows up online. You'll plan and produce our marketing calendar, run social media campaigns independently, manage paid acquisition through Meta Ads Manager, and create iPhone photography and videography that feels true to the studio. There's real scope for this role to become full-time if you shine.You have actual experience in the industry beyond just liking social media. You're London-based, confident running campaigns independently, fluent in Meta Ads, comfortable behind the camera, and brilliant at collaboration and communication. You love Pilates, or at the very least, you get it. You're equal parts creative and operational, and you take ownership without being asked to.You'll be the marketing voice of a studio with strong community energy, a founder who knows her stuff, and a brand built on quality over noise.
