Reformer & Mat Pilates Instructor

Lago is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Reformer & Mat Pilates Instructor to join our growing wellness team in Nusa Lembongan, Bali.Lago is an expanding luxury lifestyle and wellness destination in Nusa Lembongan, combining hospitality, movement, and community within a premium oceanfront setting.Our premium ocean-view Pilates space, equipped with Align-Pilates reformers and combo chairs, is designed to deliver an elevated wellness experience in one of Bali’s most unique island destinations.We’re looking for an instructor who can create an inclusive and elevated class experience while helping shape the future of our Pilates offering as the brand continues to grow.Responsibilities:• Lead exceptional reformer and mat Pilates classes for all levels• Create a welcoming and community-driven studio environment• Deliver high-quality private sessions• Maintain professional studio standards and client experienceRequirements:• International Mat & Reformer Pilates certification• Minimum 2 years teaching experience• Strong understanding of anatomy and movement principles• Experience in a premium studio environment preferred• Strong leadership and communication skills• Warm, professional, and positive attitude• KTP holder with valid working rights in Indonesia• Great English communication skillsWhat we offer:• Premium ocean-view Pilates space• Inspiring island lifestyle in Nusa Lembongan• Opportunity to join a founding wellness team• Growth opportunities within an expanding hospitality and wellness brand
