Yoga Teacher & Community Manager for a Retreat

Blue Chitta is a Yoga and Freediving Retreat Centre on Koh Tao, Thailand, running since 2022. Our space includes two yoga shalas, an outdoor sunrise platform, a freediving and yoga event boat, a healthy coffee shop, community dinners, retreats, and accommodation for guests and staff. We believe in the power of community and healthy living, using movement, breath, sound, and connection to create transformative experiences.We're now looking for an experienced Yoga Teacher and Community Manager to join our growing wellness and freediving centre. The role spans daily Vinyasa and Yin yoga classes, hosting our regular retreats, managing yoga staff and karma yogis, organising community events, and supporting clients and retreat guests in person and over WhatsApp. There's scope to co-teach our YTTC alongside our lead instructor and to lead our social media and content presence.The right person is grounded, emotionally mature, and community-oriented, comfortable handling challenging situations calmly and adapting in a fast-paced environment. You'll bring experience in leadership and management, strong communication and customer service, a proactive entrepreneurial mindset, and a deep love for wellness, retreats, and conscious living. We're looking for someone able to commit long-term (minimum 15 months) with at least 2 years of experience in yoga and management.
