Community & Partnerships Manager for a Fitness Hub

Wanderlust Fitness Village is Bali’s largest fitness centre, set across a 2,000 sqm training space in Canggu. Since 2016 we’ve helped transform over 15,000 members through 60-plus weekly classes spanning CrossFit, Hyrox, weightlifting, boxing, yoga, and recovery, alongside a 25-metre pool, ice baths, and sauna at our Eat Sleep Train hotel base.We’re looking for a Community & Partnerships Manager to become the face of our brand and bridge the gap between our facility and the local community. You’ll build high-value relationships with businesses, hotels, and organisations, driving memberships and brand presence through strategic partnerships rather than cold outreach.Day to day, you’ll identify and connect with high-traffic local businesses that align with our brand, develop and pitch corporate wellness packages with a clear ROI for both sides, and act as the primary contact for partners to keep engagement consistent. This is a relationship-led role, not a marketing one, treat each partnership as a strategic business deal.The right person is a natural connector with exceptional social intelligence, culturally savvy with a real understanding of Bali’s business landscape and etiquette, business-minded, and highly organised with strong follow-up.
