I am a 28 year old from the UK and have recently qualified as a 200hr ashtanga vinyasa yoga teacher. I love keeping active, preferably getting outside as much as possible and enjoy hobbies such as running, horse riding, yoga, hiking, surfing etc. I love trying new things and pushing myself outside my comfort zone! I try and see the beauty in the everyday things and try to live by the 1% rule — that whatever energy you have on
any given day, even giving just 1% can help build a fulfilling life and reaching your goals.
Through my yoga teaching, I hope to reach and support as many people as possible. I would like my focus to be on improving mobility and enhancing everyday movement, while also sharing the deeper wisdom of yogic principles. I’m especially passionate about helping people shift into the parasympathetic state — moving away from the all-too-common fight-or-flight mode and restoring balance.
